Did winter take a toll on your home?

During the colder winter months, that cold and #snow can do damage to the outside of your home. Make sure to take a gander at the following items to make sure they are in good condition.

· #Roof- Look out for damage caused by snow or ice. Make any and all necessary repairs to avoid leaks during those spring rains.

· #Gutters- Clean out all the leaves, dirt, and debris from your gutters and downspouts to make sure to avoid water damage from backups.

· #Trees- Make sure the winter didn’t damage or rot any of your trees. If so, you or an industry professional should remove them. Also keep other trees and bushes trimmed away from utility wires.

· #Lawn Equipment- Make sure they get a proper spring tune up after the cold winter.

#Driveways- Avoid any possible liability claims by repairing any cracks or uneven surfaces to provide a safe and level walking area.
